苹果299企业证书大面积不能续费，看见好多人遇到了我这个情况，但是网上学没有博客再说，所以写一篇记录下。过程很艰辛，大部分人都是以公司没有100人的结果不能续费。
3月的时候我要续费开发者证书的时候就提示了如下信息，需要重新接受苹果的审核，苹果看你还符不符合开发者使用条件。“Provide Details ”让你重新填写一个非常多填空的表格信息。

小心翼翼的往只是内部应用分发上靠，填写这个表单，表单填写截图是随便选的 没有参考价值注意啦。人数填了100-299人。忐忐忑忑的提交了。
收到苹果回信：
苹果的意思是企业不满100人，证书可以在到期后还能使用90天，为了我们迁移app。
他们可能是通过公司信息查的企业年报可以看见公司现在有多少人。

再次通过开发者中心反馈：
让提交100人以上的社保证明。给了个在线上传附件的网址。苹果要求必须是账号主体的公司的社保证明。即便你子公司1000人，母公司50人也是不可以的。这个社保证明需要社保局开局，公司自己开的是无效的，我上传了一个公司自己开的苹果压根就不回我了。然后我在“互联网信息投诉平台”投诉，他们才回给我。最终还是没能续费程序。
卖给需要短期使用证书的人
通过签名软件可以轻松绕过描述文件的bundleid绑定，苹果在线验证描述文件只会校验描述文件的过期时间，不会校验包名，这个也需要注意。
还有就是收证书的人要么是签名游戏，要么就是bocai，所以这种情况下你证书他买过去，基本上用一个月就报废了。如果你要租证书，其实收的就是第一次付的钱。不存在你还有5个月到期，还能租五个月。
bocai是违法的，你真要卖或者租给他一旦出事或者想调查，肯定能找到你。
骗子太多，注意下吧。以下是证书被回收的邮件内容。
This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Enterprise Program License Agreement (the “ADEP Agreement”) and the Apple Developer Agreement (the “Developer Agreement”) between You and Apple Inc. (“Apple”), effective immediately. Defined terms used herein have the same meaning as in the ADEP Agreement.
Apple has reason to believe that some of the information You provided when enrolling in the program was connected to an account that appears to have been involved in activity that violated the ADEP Agreement. Under the terms and conditions of the ADEP Agreement, Apple may terminate Your status as an Apple developer at any time in its sole discretion, and Apple may also terminate Your Apple Developer status for misleading, fraudulent, improper, unlawful or dishonest acts relating to the ADEP agreement.
We would like to remind You of Your obligations with regard to all software and other Apple Confidential Information that You obtained from Apple as an Apple developer and under the ADEP Agreement. You must promptly cease all use of and destroy such materials and comply with all the other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of the ADEP Agreement and Section 10 of the Developer Agreement.
This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of the facts regarding this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved. Please note that we will deny Your reapplication to the Apple Developer Enterprise Program for at least a year considering the reason for this termination.

苹果这样做就是为了收回企业开发者权限，我们的证书10年前申请的，那时候苹果个屁啊，求着开发者给开发软件。现在说收回就收回一点情面不讲，非常霸气。
就是负责收回审核的部门你打苹果电话发邮件都是联系不上的，非常之牛逼。互联网信息投诉平台投诉了才给传了个话的确不能续费了。
工信部在线投诉不了苹果，因为没有苹果选项。互联网信息投诉平台这个地址可以投诉，而且还有证书相关选项，想出口气的，抱有一次一丝希望可以试试。https://ts.isc.org.cn/#/complaint/info?type=1
